Ricardo leads the company’s mission to simplify hiring for U.S. businesses by building high-performing nearshore teams. With over a decade of experience working alongside US-based companies, he has built and scaled teams in Mexico from the ground up; across different departments to over 30 people. Today, he focuses on helping other companies replicate that success by becoming a trusted partner in workforce expansion.

Jose oversees day-to-day operations, client service, and billing to ensure a smooth experience for every partner. A lawyer by training, Jose developed a deep understanding of the legal and operational hurdles U.S. companies face when trying to build a presence in Mexico. That insight became the foundation for Cruithunt’s model: removing friction while providing fully compliant, bilingual remote talent.

As a former psychologist, Nancy has transitioned to excel at Cruithunt, bringing over a decade of experience. She specializes in forging strong client relationships to pinpoint their needs while nurturing our employees, driving the development and execution of Cruithunt’s culture. Her dual focus on talent sourcing and employee engagement reflects her ability to align HR strategies with business goals, fostering a collaborative environment for success.

With over 8 years of experience, he has served both as an advisor and investor, supporting early-stage companies across multiple verticals. Today, Luis provides external support on building meaningful partnerships with his deep understanding of startup dynamics and scalable growth strategies, allowing Cruithunt to identify synergies, unlock new revenue channels, and deliver long-term value to our partners.
